Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your technology item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the device must not be registered or activated, and it must be free of any data. It must also be in the original packaging, including all accessories, cables, manuals, and promotional materials.
Items exempt from being returned due to their nature:
- Downloadable software products, including digital licenses and activation keys.
- Gift cards.
- Any item marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., missing cables, removed screen protectors, etc.).
- Any tech accessory or peripheral that has been opened and shows obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted promotional bundles cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, send us an email at {contact@techonyourhands.com} and send your item to our returns center. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
